For 2022 we explore further the iBuyer, Investor, and Fix+List options. We are especially excited about the Fix+List opportunities which we call our Sellers Advantage program. For homes needing updating and Sellers who don’t want to make or can’t make the financial commitment, we work with contractors through Curbio who don’t get paid until the home is sold, just like the REALTOR.
